A Grove of Red Delirium is an unusual groves of trees, typically the product of deranged husbandry by an insane or corrupted dryad or other tree sprite, druid, or creature. The trees flower with the phases of the moon. When the flowers bloom, they release thick clouds of pollen. Any creatures inhaling this pollen may suffer one or more of the effects of the Red Delirium!
